Mr. Łysiak graduated from the University of Life Sciences in Poznań and Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences at Southern Swedish Forest Research Centre in Alnarp, in 2009. He worked for one year as a Forester in Polish State Forest Holding. After that he transitioned to timber industry and started working for Steico company. Firstly, in Purchasing Department and then as Deputy Production Manager of I-beam production line. In 2012 he began to work in Investment Department to start up the first Polish factory of Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) and together with Steico Team developed this product as an essential element of ecological and energy saving house building Steico system.
