- In-person registration fee – €995 + 23% VAT
Each in-person registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, and an official gala dinner at the Sheraton Sopot Hotel - Corporate Supporter (for companies only) – 1,200 EUR
This is a company partnership option intended for organizations wishing to support the IFBC conference and gain visibility. This price includes: partner listing on website, one complimentary registration fee for in-person participation, acknowledgement in conference materials, and the right to use “IFBC Supporter.”

Cancellations received on or before 1st March 2026 are subject to a 50% service charge. Cancellations after 1st March 2026 will be charged the entire registration fee, but substitutions are always welcome.
