Maurice and the team at Green Belt are evolving the traditional forestry business model to embrace the bioeconomy and develop the value in Ireland’s private estate.
Maurice has been responsible for the direct investment of almost €40m into Irish forestry and €4 million into growing Teak in Panama. His role involves the creation of profitable and sustainable forestry portfolios for private and institutional investors as well as developing logistical supply chains for significant biomass supply contracts.
Maurice holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin.
