Doug Moore is an Investment Vice President with PGIM Real Estate’s Timberland Finance team. In this role, he is responsible for timberland mortgage investments across United States. Doug is located in Memphis, Tennessee.
Doug joined PGIM Real Estate in September of 2019. He was previously employed at AgAmerica Lending, where he was responsible for nationwide timberland loan origination as well as establishing and managing the Delta States Portfolio.
Prior to AgAmerica, Doug was a Timberland Investment Analyst at the Woodland Company, performing large timberland appraisal and due diligence work for institutional investors and family offices.
Doug received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ole Miss and earned a Masters of Forest Resources with a focus in Timberland Investment from the University of Georgia’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources. He is a member of the Georgia Forestry Association’s Emerging Leaders. In his spare time, Doug is a Ducks Unlimited, Quail Forever and Ruffed Grouse Society volunteer.
