Doug leads the Remsoft team, and he plays a key role in the company’s strategic direction and growth initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in strategic forest and environmental planning, Doug is a thought leader and global speaker who brings a deep understanding of forest industry technology and trends.
Prior to joining Remsoft, Doug was Technical Lead on strategic forest and environmental planning with Weyerhaeuser Saskatchewan and worked with The Forest Technology Group, a consultancy based out of Charleston, South Carolina.
He holds a Master of Forestry from the University of New Brunswick and Honours BA Geography from the University of Western Ontario.
