Caroline Harris has more than two decades of experience advising clients from Atlanta to Cape Town.  She began her career as a lawyer in Atlanta representing foreign clients doing business in the United States.  She then spent several years in the London office of a US law firm, primarily representing US clients doing business in Europe and Africa.  For more than seven years, Ms Harris served as general counsel of Rotch Property Group/Consensus Busines Group, a single-family office conglomerate with more than £5 billion in group assets. Since leaving Rotch, she has been involved with European heritage brands, real estate transactions and has taught business law for Pepperdine University law school. Current projects focus on problem solving and strategic planning for private clients.

Educated at Dartmouth College and the University of Georgia, Ms Harris divides her time between London and the Southeastern United States.
